Executive Profile

Production and operations executive with nearly three decades of experience building, scaling and repairing the infrastructure behind ambitious creative organizations. Known for walking into complex environments, quickly identifying what is breaking, building the teams, systems, budgets and operating structure needed to regain control, and creating enough organizational discipline for creative teams to do their best work. Has led multi-million-dollar productions, large cross-functional organizations, nationwide and international operations, and high-pressure stakeholder environments for Netflix, BBC Studios, National Geographic and leading independent production companies. Equally comfortable building from scratch, scaling rapidly or stabilizing an operation already in motion.

What I Build

Production Infrastructure

Teams, reporting structures, workflows, approval systems, vendor networks, production standards and scalable operating processes.

Operational Control

Budgets, forecasts, schedules, staffing, logistics, risk, technology and resource allocation across simultaneous moving parts.

Creative Enablement

Build enough structure underneath creative organizations that ambitious ideas can get bigger without bureaucracy suffocating them.

Troubled-Production Turnarounds

Diagnose what is breaking, restore communication and accountability, empower strong department leaders and get the operation moving again.

Selected Executive Experience

Line Producer · Fulwell Entertainment 2024–2025

Netflix — Starting 5, Seasons 1–2

  • Brought into a challenged first-season operation after significant team disruption and helped rebuild the production infrastructure supporting Netflix's national NBA documentary series, stabilizing the organization within weeks while production remained underway.
  • Led a 35-person full-time cross-functional organization across creative, editorial and production, supporting hundreds of production personnel, dozens of vendors and simultaneous field operations nationwide.
  • Aligned creative ambition with staffing, schedules, logistics, technology and multi-million-dollar resources; redesigned national camera and lens procurement to generate mid-six-figure season-over-season savings while improving consistency.

Co-Founder & CEO · NuContext Creative, Inc. 2005–2007

  • Co-founded and led a high-end creative agency serving major entertainment and media clients; built the company's operating and production infrastructure from launch and later sold my equity interest after the business met and exceeded its launch objectives.

Leadership Philosophy

Give talented people ownership. Be clear about the goal. Surface problems early. Protect the resources. Build systems that serve the work rather than slow it down. Make the impossible executable — and then get out of the creatives' way.
