Executive Profile
Production and operations executive with nearly three decades of experience building, scaling and repairing the infrastructure behind ambitious creative organizations. Known for walking into complex environments, quickly identifying what is breaking, building the teams, systems, budgets and operating structure needed to regain control, and creating enough organizational discipline for creative teams to do their best work. Has led multi-million-dollar productions, large cross-functional organizations, nationwide and international operations, and high-pressure stakeholder environments for Netflix, BBC Studios, National Geographic and leading independent production companies. Equally comfortable building from scratch, scaling rapidly or stabilizing an operation already in motion.
What I Build
Production Infrastructure
Teams, reporting structures, workflows, approval systems, vendor networks, production standards and scalable operating processes.
Operational Control
Budgets, forecasts, schedules, staffing, logistics, risk, technology and resource allocation across simultaneous moving parts.
Creative Enablement
Build enough structure underneath creative organizations that ambitious ideas can get bigger without bureaucracy suffocating them.
Troubled-Production Turnarounds
Diagnose what is breaking, restore communication and accountability, empower strong department leaders and get the operation moving again.
